Ask about move permits

Reserve the service lift

Confirm truck parking
A long distance between the building entrance and truck can significantly increase carrying time. Check where the vehicle is allowed to stop.
Keep access cards available
Ensure the team can access parking, loading bays, lifts and relevant floors without waiting for cards or security approval.
Plan delivery room by room
Label cartons with the destination room so the crew can place them correctly the first time.
